Car was fully prepared and cleaned/detailed for sale. Price negotiations were ok, we were able to walk out with a fair deal. They have additional fees of about $1500 to keep in mind. My oil change always several hours, even with a morning appointment, but I figured it is what it is with mechanic appointments. I recently moved closer to this dealership and had service done here. WOW, what a difference. The staff is friendly and I was out of there in about an hour.
