I am very happy taking my car to Honda. I also enjoy the quiet time there as im always so busy. They have coffee, tea and snacks if youre going to be there a while. They explain everything thoroughly so that you know what had to be done. Then they do their 15 point check and you find out what else your car needs at the time or in the near future. Everyone is friendly. A Honday can get up to 300,000 miles as long as you take care of it!

The service advisor was one of the best I’ve had since coming to get service done on my Honda, I had questions about previous services done to the vehicle prior to my purchase, very patiently he when over my question and gave me what I consider very practical advice! He didn’t try to convince me to do anything unnecessary at this time. I’m not new to service on vehicles and sometimes service advisors try to persuade people to do un necessary repairs or services!! Scott Wendling was great. He listen to my concerns and made the transition from my trade-in and made the paperwork easy to understand. This was our second Honda from this dealership and found all the personnel to be so helpful. Ray in Finance was a joy to work with also. I’d had a very serious near accident due to two blown tires and bad brakes. I was shaking when I crept, without an appointment, into the service bay. Joe and his crew fast tracked assessing the problems and sent me home in an Uber. I felt so cared for and very confident their experts would a great job, and they did!

You didn’t replace both front and rear rotors on a car that I purchased less than a week prior. Only the front rotors were replaced due to poor business practices as well as poor repair practices. I’m greatly disappointed and dissatisfied and would never bring my vehicle back to this business. I’ll be seeking to escalate this matter since I’ve had no real resolve with managers that I’ve been in contact with.
I enjoy this dealership’s friendly, quick and transparent service. They do what they say and make sure it’s done right. I’ve serviced two cars with them and both are well over 200k! Plus the tech’s send you video(s) to show and tell you what the problem is, so you feel relieved that, they found and fixed the problem!

Since then I also bought 5 other honda vehicles and but at different dealerships in NJ. Your dealership's prices were well over 1000 or 2000 in all cases However, I always brought my vehicles to your service center due to excellent service and close proximity to my location.

Bunch of fees when it came down to the numbers, hidden $1,500 in out the door price was explained to me as GAP insurance although it was set that I am paying cash for the car. Was shown 2 sets of keys when I came to pickup the car 2 days later there was only one. Sleazy tactics and a bit unorganized. Dislike dealerships and this is why. Christina my sales woman was fantastic though , finance on the other hand

As I started in a previous post, the service department is difficult to deal with. Cookie cutter inspections and rehearsed/canned comments to your questions and concerns.
Joe was outstanding in working me in as I was on vacation and he dealt with my issue. He went out of his way to help me and I really appreciated that.

Had an amazing experience at this dealership. Big shout out to Mike Myers who was super helpful during the process. We came in for a just a test drive earlier while we were exploring options and Mike was very knowledgeable and was helping us find the right vehicle. Mike also understood that we were just searching and didn't push us to sit down after the test drive. We came back a week later and ended up buying with him and helped us get the car we wanted.
I am pleased with my service experience. Advisor wasn't pushy and treated me with respect.
