I had a really great experience here and I love my car! My previous car of 10 years was totaled in an accident that wasn’t my fault, booo. I spent a few weeks researching and looking around online first. I found a car I loved that was at DCH Kay, went to check it out, test drove it, had my mechanic look it over since it’s an older model, and confidently bought it. My sales rep Kayla was very sweet and helpful throughout the process. The manager Lisa followed up after my first visit to see if I had any new questions. Raymond in financing helped me understand the options that would make the most sense when I was ready to purchase. And Andre put my plates on for me when I went to pick them up. Everyone was very friendly and the whole process was smooth and easy. I’m happy with what I spent and what I got and am so grateful overall :)

Rudy helped me again with my car. He is awesome! He finally got an issue fixed for me that no one could figure out. He took the time to listen to my issue, showed me possible solutions, and spent an hour on hold with Honda to get the repair fixed under my extended warranty. He put forth so much effort to help me and it was greatly appreciated!

The service department is committed to continuous improvement and meaningful connection with its customers. I live near another DCH Honda dealership, in which I have continual negative experiences, so I prefer instead to travel to DCH Kay Honda. Please consider listing the Technician's name on the bill near the Service Advisor's name. I am not in favor of keeping AI Pam, the appointment maker; she's creepy and is taking someone's job away.

Mickey's service was excellent. Mickey is amazing. He figured out the problem quickly and was wonderfully patient while explaining the issue to me. Knowing how busy Mickey is, I am very grateful that he was able to take care of my issue. For years, Joe Budner has taken wonderful care of me and my family. Joe 0was on leave that day and he told me to see Mickey. As I said, Mickey was amazing. My husband, my son and I have bought all our hondas at DCH. We would go to no other dealer.
