I am very happy taking my car to Honda. I also enjoy the quiet time there as im always so busy. They have coffee, tea and snacks if youre going to be there a while. They explain everything thoroughly so that you know what had to be done. Then they do their 15 point check and you find out what else your car needs at the time or in the near future. Everyone is friendly. A Honday can get up to 300,000 miles as long as you take care of it!

You didnāt replace both front and rear rotors on a car that I purchased less than a week prior. Only the front rotors were replaced due to poor business practices as well as poor repair practices. Iām greatly disappointed and dissatisfied and would never bring my vehicle back to this business. Iāll be seeking to escalate this matter since Iāve had no real resolve with managers that Iāve been in contact with.

Bunch of fees when it came down to the numbers, hidden $1,500 in out the door price was explained to me as GAP insurance although it was set that I am paying cash for the car. Was shown 2 sets of keys when I came to pickup the car 2 days later there was only one. Sleazy tactics and a bit unorganized. Dislike dealerships and this is why. Had an amazing experience at this dealership. Big shout out to Mike Myers who was super helpful during the process. We came in for a just a test drive earlier while we were exploring options and Mike was very knowledgeable and was helping us find the right vehicle. Mike also understood that we were just searching and didn't push us to sit down after the test drive. We came back a week later and ended up buying with him and helped us get the car we wanted.
