Front rotor resurfacing is unnecessary. If the rotors are worn, you should have recommended replacement; easier to replace, than resurface - which equates to less labor = lower cost. A front wheel realignment is due once a year or every 15,000 miles? Since when. My car has not been hit; my car was realigned when my tires were replaced. The technician would know if I NEEDED an alignment just by looking. Then and only then should an alignment be recommended.

I always meet with Joe Budner because he has taken care of me and my family for years. Joe is excellent and thorough in his job. Easy to make appoitment. When I called back to see what plan I had for oil changes the person on the phone was very helpful. Service was all explained. When I walked in to pick up the car I was out within a minute or two.

Have been back for service and despite always being weary of going back to the dealer, they have always don’t the right thing and seemingly never tried to take advantage of me. Sometime suggestions come off that way in my mind, but not at this place. Would recommend both for sales and service. And they’re about an hour away

Appointment made at my convenience. Recall work plus oil change. I was told it would take about 4 hours. I requested a loaner vehicle and my request was granted. Rudy texted me about 2:00 and stated the vehicle was done . I returned the loaner about 3:00. Couldn't have gone any smoother.

Dealership is in good condition. Clean and comfortable with plenty of seating for waiting on your vehicle. The wait for appointment drop offs aren't long as there is usually a service agent available. Price for service is of value and they do a good job of no pressure sales.

Took my car in for what I’ve suspected was an extended warranty issue, which it was. My service agent was Bill Carp. He was super friendly, kept good contact throughout the repair and was quite efficient getting me in and out. My car was also given a good once over, and brakes and alignment are coming due in the near future, but no pressure to handle immediately. I’ve purchased all my Hondas from this location, and would do so in the future. They have been solid and helpful.
