My husband and I bought a certified pre-owned CRV there this past weekend and had a great experience with the Sales person Tkeya Grimes. She was fair and understanding but also straight forward about what we could get for our trade and negotiated with us quickly. We also really loved working with our Finance Manager, Johnny O’beirne. He was very personable and explained things thoroughly. Neither of them were pushy or annoying. It was a very pleasant experience.
Efficient and fair. While the car buying game still involves the ridiculous 10,000 steps of the salesman to the ‘man behind the curtain’, I think a reasonable price was finally reached and although the process is painful ( and absurd) Eric was always polite and helpful. Two things I hate buying; cars and mattresses. Complete transparency would be so refreshing! I buy Honda for its quality and dependability. As a family we have owned 7 Hondas and keep coming back - to the same dealership. I believe that speaks for the dealership and the product.
