The Services prompt I waited for my vehicle Bill touch base with me just to let me know how things are going as a progress was being completed

Just came in for an oil change and to make sure the car did not need additional service.

I had an amazing experience at DCH Kay Honda from Pete to Jordan to the finance team. Everyone is super helpful and professional. Would recommend 100 times over I will using them again in a few months to purchase my daughters vehicle. Highly recommend very transparent and no hidden fees.

Prologue. Scheduled software updates had to be delayed by a couple of days- they said the system was down. But once I got the car in the shop the job was completed and they kept me updated every step of the way.

This is my second car I am leasing from Veronica and I have had the most easiest and smoothest car buying experience both times!

Affordable oil change, but bit pricey for other services such as transmission oil and rear differential service. I was surprise they charge 2% credit card fee.

I enjoyed working with Eric. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the car. I would definitely work with Eric again in the future if I plan on buying another Honda product

It alright lots of waiting time and coffee machine doesn’t always work if they had other stuff like come on we have to wait long these people don’t even give good customer service

They get the job done and have a pleasant waiting area. And no heavy sales pitches for things I did not want.
