Prologue. Scheduled software updates had to be delayed by a couple of days- they said the system was down. But once I got the car in the shop the job was completed and they kept me updated every step of the way.

Wait was TO LONG !! Wait time was long. Nobody came to discuss service and service was done without approval. Left and had to return for dash light on that wasn't when I arrived...

I ordered tires and had an appointment to have them put on. I received an text or email the day before confirming my appointment, however when I showed up at 700am in the morning for the appointment, the tires were not in yet, and had to reschedule. Not sure why you your system confirmed my appointment when the tires weren't delivered yet. Instead of having an AI telephone agent that is annoying and useless, you should invest in and AI Agent that tracks your parts and appointments.

During my most recent service visit, I was especially impressed with the communication. I recently purchased a brand-new 2027 Honda HR-V from this dealership, only to discover a cracked hole in the windshield upon delivery. Expecting basic quality control and customer care for a new vehicle purchase, I immediately reached out to resolve the issue.
I contacted both my salesperson and the sales manager to request a windshield replacement. Unfortunately, I have been met with complete silence. Neither has offered to fix the damage, return my calls, or provide any assistance whatsoever.
Taking delivery of a damaged new car is disappointing enough, but the total lack of accountability and response from management is completely unacceptable. Once the sale was finalized, customer service completely disappeared.
I am extremely upset with how this was handled and cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the headache and buy your vehicle somewhere that actually values its customers and stands behind what they sell.
Had first oil change and tire rotation which was quick. The technician staff was outstanding.

Returned to DCH Kay Honda after many years of happy driving our previous Honda. Felt comfortable during the whole process. We’re greeted as old friends and feel we were treated well with our questions and possible choices. Helped us to decide between a new purchase or lease. We are satisfied with the whole experience. Our sales rep Marcy was a good listener and offered us advice we respected. Armando, the manager was very friendly and helped make our decision easy.
