Poor communication related to stays of repairs. This is the second service repair in less than 30ādays. I was notified that parts needed to be ordered, therefore my car needed to remain overnight. There was no update via the web connection about the car, so I called at noon the next day(Friday) to be told car was in service. No update until I called at 4:40pm left a message. Jacob called back let me know the car was ready, dept closed at 6pm. I had to figure out a ride to the location.
