I recently purchased a brand-new 2027 Honda HR-V from
I recently purchased a brand-new 2027 Honda HR-V from this dealership, only to discover a cracked hole in the windshield upon delivery. Expecting basic quality control and customer care for a new vehicle purchase, I immediately reached out to resolve the issue. I contacted both my salesperson and the sales manager to request a windshield replacement. Unfortunately, I have been met with complete silence. Neither has offered to fix the damage, return my calls, or provide any assistance whatsoever. Taking delivery of a damaged new car is disappointing enough, but the total lack of accountability and response from management is completely unacceptable. Once the sale was finalized, customer service completely disappeared. I am extremely upset with how this was handled and cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the headache and buy your vehicle somewhere that actually values its customers and stands behind what they sell.

We travel one hour from home and bypass multiple Honda dealers to get to Kay Honda. Never pressured and they do their best to meet on middle ground. This is the second car I have bought there.
This is the second car I have bought there. It was advertised as “certified pre owned” very prominently on the website, and even had a checklist of what had been checked and the definition of cpo. What was buried in the text was that it was “eligible” to be certified, at an additional cost of about $1,500. I felt this was misleading, although the finance agent did reduce the price by half. This has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

Worst car-buying experience ever.
Worst car-buying experience ever. I bought a car from DCH Kay Honda on April 1st. It's been almost a month now, and I haven't received my plates, title, or registration. My temp plate is expiring in a couple of days. I've been calling Louis and Jordan with no reply. According to receptionist Kayla, the issue is they need a form from insurance to register in MA. I already had Jordan and Louise talk with my insurance company on April 1st regarding this; on that day, they said everything was good. At this point, I have no idea where to go; there is zero communication from them. This is so frustrating. If there's an issue, why not contact back and solve it together instead of the silent treatment? When buying the car, I was charged extra fees to do this whole process so I wouldn't have to go through this. At this point, I can't even drive my car properly. I have been pulled over 4 times now due to not having plates on my car. They don't care about their customers once they get their money. I would never recommend them to anyone. I had bought multiple cars from different states and never had this issue.

Steven, who handled both the sales process and the full contract-signing portion, did an excellent job managing a double role with transparency and professionalism. Even though I don’t recall the name of the finance agent, the team worked together to secure me a better interest rate than my original pre-approval, which I truly appreciated. I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit, and although I had to wait longer than expected, I understood it was due to a very busy schedule. Overall, the new system they’re implementing where the salesperson also guides the final signing felt efficient, straightforward, and made the whole experience even better.
