I recently purchased a brand-new 2027 Honda HR-V from
I recently purchased a brand-new 2027 Honda HR-V from this dealership, only to discover a cracked hole in the windshield upon delivery. Expecting basic quality control and customer care for a new vehicle purchase, I immediately reached out to resolve the issue. I contacted both my salesperson and the sales manager to request a windshield replacement. Unfortunately, I have been met with complete silence. Neither has offered to fix the damage, return my calls, or provide any assistance whatsoever. Taking delivery of a damaged new car is disappointing enough, but the total lack of accountability and response from management is completely unacceptable. Once the sale was finalized, customer service completely disappeared. I am extremely upset with how this was handled and cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the headache and buy your vehicle somewhere that actually values its customers and stands behind what they sell.

This is the second car I have bought there.
This is the second car I have bought there. It was advertised as “certified pre owned” very prominently on the website, and even had a checklist of what had been checked and the definition of cpo. What was buried in the text was that it was “eligible” to be certified, at an additional cost of about $1,500. I felt this was misleading, although the finance agent did reduce the price by half. This has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

Steven, who handled both the sales process and the full contract-signing portion, did an excellent job managing a double role with transparency and professionalism. Even though I don’t recall the name of the finance agent, the team worked together to secure me a better interest rate than my original pre-approval, which I truly appreciated. I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit, and although I had to wait longer than expected, I understood it was due to a very busy schedule. Overall, the new system they’re implementing where the salesperson also guides the final signing felt efficient, straightforward, and made the whole experience even better.
